It's amazing helpful! I'm always using when I got unknown words. Just copy the words, then you can see the translation on the top of your phone;)! Especially, you can use it even on the flight mode, no internet! I've been using since 3 years ago!! Highly recommend!!

I'll gave 4 stars only but nice apps you know a big help for beginner that wants to learn japanese word, But my suggestion is it is olny english word you can type first for having a japanese words. How about the typing of japanese words first for having an english words, please settle this simple problem. English to Japanese words Japanese to English words It should be like that we seen upon typing. Domo Arigatou gozaimashita.

It translates the English to Japanese offline, exactly the way I want it to! 😊 My question is, how do I get the languages switched, so it can translate Japanese to English? 😕 I tried going into settings, but nothing there helped!

I do not know Japanese hence this download. Yet, when i type in an english word to be translated, it gives the translation but in the Japanese alphabet. But I do not speak nor write in the Japanese language. Y'all really must be kidding, y'all were not aware of this huge problem?

Great dictionary for offline use. A few things are missing but its only minor. Recommended if you want an offline dictionary.

About this app

Japanese <> English Dictionary offline and free. You can search both English and Japanese words. You can search words directly from "Internet Browser" or other Applications by using Sharing option. In the sharing option you will find "Japanese Dictionary" and choosing "Japanese Dictionary" will open the dictionary with the shared word so you need not type. Exiting from the dictionary will return you to "Internet Browser" or other Applications again. This is not only a Dictionary but also a learning tool. You can use this dictionary when you have no Internet connection. MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) option is available. There is autosuggestion so you need not type full words. You also can use Speech to text feature. You can add words to the study plan and remove words from the study plan. When you start typing, you will see some words starting with the letters you typed. The dictionary searches in a database for the matching words. This can slow down typing in small handsets. Therefore in settings there is an option to turn that off. So low profile mobile handsets can turn off Auto search to type quickly. You will see a Dictionary icon on the notification bar to start the app quickly. On sharing text you will find the Japanese Dictionary. This will be helpful to find out the meaning of any word.
