This is a terrible app. it has a button to submit issues with DC facilities but after you spend quite a bit of time entering all the necessary info it won't submit and just days to try later. It's been doing that for two plus years. Really?!? It also says you can call instead to report issues from 5:30am till 6pm but when you dial the provided number the answering menu indicates it's only available until 5pm. This app is indicative of the general terrible service DGS provides.
