I refuse to give this any stars but had to to be able to post my opinion about a program that is so hard to use. you have us download your app. let's you into areas of our phone and then when you get to the stores the app doesn't load or there is always some kind of a problem using it while you are actually in line trying to pay and use this app. make it more user friendly and get WiFi in your stores for customers so they can pull it up once inside your store doors.

I try to use it and it does not work!! It lets me clip coupons but thats it and in the store no reception and I am not the only person to complain about it and the employees dont have time to help you or they dont know how to either!! Family Dollar is Very Easy to Use!! I wish yours was because I like your stores but not your app!! Hopefully you will make it work easier!!

I do not like this app one bit. I use a different DG app for coupons, so when I saw this I thought I would be able to increase my savings when shopping there. This app did not show me a single coupon for dollar general- there was a lot of "coupons" for third party sites and stores. and the app is not user friendly. It looks like a website on a PC.

This is not the official Dollar General app do not be fooled by it. if you look under the part where you can read more about that you can see that the address to the developer it's not even in the United States. Google Play needs to make them take this down because it's confusing too many people making them think it's the real app when it's not. That's why so many of you are having problems with it just thought I would let you all know.

Well worth the download don't leave home without it you have to have this to get your discounts... Don't believe them if they say so it rings up anyway it doesn't not in York Alabama anyway... Be sure they scan your app or you do not get the discount... at a lot of the dollar stores you still get your discount but not all you need this app... Also there are things on sell here that are not in the paper.

I loved the way this app used to be where you could actually use the coupons easily, now it seems to have nothing to do with shopping and getting great deals at Dollar General. I don't see a reason to keep this app now, because it's not user friendly, and I'm sick of the advertising pop ups.
