It shows supermarkets that don’t deliver to my area even though the application has access to my phone GPS! Show only supermarkets that delivers to me. The way application is designed for user who know exactly which product he/she needs. If user want to explore his/her options, then he/she would face difficulties. Search as feature needs a lot of enhancements! They should build it right. They are misplaced items in different categories. Product label is used to show all product information in limited number of characters which means you need to guess that one character means maybe size of Medium and so on. Moreover, it means product information, full or part isn’t available. Upon submission of order, it gives you two options: default address or add new address. It doesn’t show default address details so in case you have multiple addresses then you are in trouble. After you select address and hit submit button, it doesn’t show date of delivery nor time of delivery worth mentioning it doesn’t ask you when you want it to be delivered! In addition, you don’t receive a confirmation email of placing an order yet in application there is a reference number. Despite a message Dukkanni displayed on my phone saying certain merchant will delivery same day of placing an order, I received a text message on my phone informing me that deliver will be shifted two days on Monday instead of Saturday. Yet when used the application it gave a different day which is Sunday….in this case which one is correct!?! Finally, I used customer care chat within the application and I got a message says that usually average response time is 5 minutes. 44 minutes later I am still waiting.

I placed my first order yesterday and the delivery was arranged without informing me about the date and time, so the delivery was in the same day at 10pm!!! Which is not proffestionl at all when the fast delivery was done with many missing items! And some other items which i was charged for but i didn't receive!! I'll Call the consumer rights immediately now.

*Be careful * First order was nice we just try small order and they called us if the items not available to change it or cancel it. Second order was replaced items and canceled some items and the worst thing is the replace items i didnt get it they increase the bill amount i pay for items that i didn't get it the problem my made takes the items without checking and also the potatoes was damaged wow amazing stealing service.... Good luck on keep going

Very useful app. Quick service. Friendly staff. Accurate delivery of items and timing. They would call for option if any item is unavailable.

I requested the verification code but didn't get it. Then requested it again and also didn't get it.. after 10 minutes from closing the app I received the code twice.. tried to apply my credentials again ,but said the same is already entered .. please help
