The app has technical issues which are leading to the money being deducted but not capturing the order ID in the orders page..Additionally, the phone number showing in the support section is not reachable when you call or is switched off. You should create a proper customer care section with a contact who can handle the queries but I must say the products they deliver are of very high standard and quality!! Their quality of the products is the best!!

The payment page froze. Money has been deducted twice but order has not been placed. On sending email, nobody is responding.... Nobody is picking up the phone also. This was my first attempt to use their app and what a welcome I have got.

This is very bad app..the service is extremely bad where the customer hardly can communicate with them.The added disasters are the items they provide is either rotten or age old which smells too bad.Moreover they gaurantee replacement but after raising a ticket there is no reponse from their end.Totally a no to this app

Delivery was in time . But the items like fish and chicken were not fresh. More over fresh and stale fish were piled together. Don't download this app because you will not get fresh items.

While I still stand by my original review of 5stars due to your service quality, however there is an issue which is very annoying. On one of my past orders, I had some undelivered item & had raised a refund ticket on the App on 06/04/2020. The issue is yet to be resolved & what's more concerning is that nobody ever answers the support/ helpline numbers as my calls automatically get disconnected after just 1 ring. Now, to be fair I must say that in this day and age this is quite disappointing

When I first tried the app it would be just blank. Managed to order some items and tried paying for it it would not proceed if I select paytm. Frustrated that you can't leave full message with the customer service. Issue is still not resolved. Doesn't go to paytm. I am using an oppo f11
