If you want to order food and you have any sort of prior appointment. Don't order it from this app! No matter how early you order it their system will choose a courier 5 kilometers away and you will sit and see how the "delivery time" grows closer and closer to your appointment time. That is bad design but the fact that they also lie to you about "more deliveries than usual" is just insulting.

You order food and pay for it. You wait for it. You get a refund with "Something you ordered is missing" and no details what is missing and an option to remove it OR the "Restaurant is not responding to our calls". So it's okay to show me a restaurant which doesn't even communicate with the Delivery Club..? That is beyond worse. Before- as in any delivery- there were problems like the delivery is late a bit, but you would get your food. Now - you just can't trust it anymore in getting the food.

This app is buggy as hell. I am still unable to log into my profile and their support is impotent. Turned out these imbeciles had blocked my account and refused to unblock it. They do not provide the reason either.

Unfortunately, the service is risky and depends too much on various factors: the delivery time varies and might exceed the estimated time by more than an hour. The only amends one can get in this case is '150 rouble coupon' for the next order which is totally irrelevant and can not make up for all the disappointment.

Usually delivers extremely late, often cancels orders for no reason, doesn't let you cancel order even if it has been 2 hours and still hasn't been delivered. Offers a promocode for compensation but the code doesn't work at all. Very bad app, sadly I have to keep using because of lack of alternatives.
