Wasted so much time adding my grocery to the cart, and pressed check out..since 6 am today, 29th march , am waiting for it to get past the point where it asks me for the delivery date and time slot booking . What a criminal waste of customers time? The update for the app happens every single day if given a chance..I wish there were staff in your company who buy using your platform ..its clearly evident there is no design thinking....from the customer persepctive..otherwise they would have fixd

I was excited to download n start buying some impt stuffs as I'm unable to travel to Little India to purchase. But Installed e app n unable to even open the app for atleast 15mins. Still unable to. Pls try n do something about dis. Thank you.

Invested 20 mins in adding items to the cart...not the easiest of navigations anyway...coz the categories aren't comprehensive yet...AND the search feature isn't intuitive. Plus if you don't get the exact name of the item correct, the app won't prompt a thing on its own. When I hit PROCEED TO PAY.....it doesn't let me add my credit/debit card. When I tried to choose Paynow/PayLah, the screen froze. Wasted my time !!!!
