This app is amazing for me to communicate with the Stray Kids members even if they don't answer what I've written. The biggest problem is translations. When a member texts but the translation is different than what he texted, I got so confused. But in general I really love the app. Sometimes when I'm sad, a member texts me and my mood becomes better.

I've never been so furious. The app forced me to update, but the update option wasn't available and I couldn't log in. When it finally let me update, I lost everything the artists shared with me (pictures, audio recordings, videos, and text). An auto save option should be added to protect content during an update.

Your new policy update regarding screenshots really sucks. Not everyone screenshots to leak content. Some take screenshots to just to save important messages that they want to remember. Or just use another translator app to translate since your in app translation SUCKS! Maybe the translation was something you should have worked on before doing this. We can't even save the profile photos now since screenshot is banned. Maybe atleast give us an option to save profile pictures?

The update is so bad. I want to screenshot the convo not because I'll spread it, but as a memory. There are times when i think that the artist replied to my message and i definitely would want to capture it as a receipt and keep it. Please let us screenshot. I love that we get to receive the artist's message but if we don't even have pictures of it.. what now? Please fix it.

It was a good apps because we can have a chatting with our idol even we knew that will be many messages and it's look alike comment for idol..of course,its impossible to reply all the chat..the thing is we can felt like the idol chatting with you hahhaha..for the new update, I'm extremely mad cause from group chat to individual chat oh no ! Some members are not into it all the time..we as a buyer will felt not worth it.the price is way too much

i would love to give this like 4 or 5 but men the translations is just soo confusing . There are times that it doesnt even make sense like idk what the artist are talking bout then some translations are just straight up wildin' . But overall tho its a good app just the translations is a no no
