Extremely disappointed, my mother passed over last July and l have found this app, with the facility to send my mum a message whenever l want a very helpful solace. Since last month l have been charged but not been able to post anything. Now l have been charged for the next month and still cannot post.

It's nice to have somewhere or a site like this to leave messages for your loved ones the only problem is when you write a message where does it go because you can't see it on the page you can see the photos on the photo page but you can't see the messages!

Hi it is such a shame you have changed the out lay of this app...My Niece passed away so suddenly just over a year ago leaving her four children one of whom was only 4 weeks old at the time...Myself my sister who's daughter it was that passed and one of my Nieces dear friends took great comfort in seeing each others photos and comments that we would leave for Kimberley.Now it's changed its quite upsetting ...we miss not being able to see what each other has put and we miss being able to send flowers...Please change it back 💜 xx xx 💜

A pointless app preying on grieving people's vulnerability. Literally is just a picture of a burning candle that chews your data. People would be better off creating their own personal private page be it on email Facebook whatever and writing their memories or thoughts on there.
