the apps fine but why on earth are 90 percent of the questions based on mortgages. there's alot more on the exam than that. I would know I've taken it twice. only ten percent of the exam is mortgage based

Questions are basic, nothing even close to how difficult the exam questions are, and some irrelevant to the FL Realestate exam. In fact, I also have securities licenses and some of the questions appear to be relevant to those exam more so than realestate as if the designer allocated them to the wrong question bank. I'm mad I paid for this because I ended up having to spend an additional $60 for a legit test bank from my realestate school. Straight garbage.

Got this a few months ago not knowing I was going to get a new phone with a new service provider contacted them, provided them with the original receipt and which is she to refund when I had to repurchase the app for my new phone and this happened within 2 days amazing no questions asked best customer service I've had in a long time! Needless to say I'll be looking for other apps from this company and will never hesitate downloading them.

I also think the best way to prepare for an exam is to review as many q and a's as possible. This is a great app to do just that. Highly recommended.
