This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Reflex on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

A Clichy, participons ensemble (citoyen et services municipaux) à la gestion de notre territoire communal. Grâce à cette application, vous pourrez alerter les services de la Ville en déclarant les anomalies ou dysfonctionnements que vous constaterez sur l’espace public : dans la rue, les parcs et espaces verts, au niveau des trottoirs, des chaussées, des équipements, de la signalisation ou de l'éclairage public…
Son utilisation est simple et permettra, à partir de la position géolocalisée de votre smartphone dans la Ville, de renseigner un formulaire, d’y ajouter une photographie, une description et d’envoyer ce message aux services destinataires pour traitement.
Cette remontée d’information fondée sur votre vigilance citoyenne permettra à la ville d'intervenir dans les meilleurs délais dans le cadre bien sûr de son champ de compétence territorial.
Avec ce nouvel outil, la Ville de Clichy continue d’être à l’écoute des administrés en s’inscrivant dans une relation de proximité entre les usagers et l’administration communale.
