This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Instrument Rating Helicopter on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I have been a CFI for 8 years and have over 3000 hrs of instruction given. At my current job I don't have many opportunities to practice my IFR knowledge and skills. This app is the best knowledge review to keep up on the FARs etc. The explanations and graphics are always excellent and highly useful. I only wish I had this app when I when I went for my first IFR checkride!

This is simply a flashcard app, it isn't interactive. The flash cards and explanations are good. This content is the best thing this app has going for it. The software itself is disappointing. It crashes often, the randomization doesn't seem to work, there's no way to indicate how you think you did on a question (besides 'flagging' which is binary and doesn't help determine which questions you miss repeatedly). This is an expensive, overpriced app, I expected a lot more.
