Cannot "Register" because there is no way to enter an APLHAnumeric Loyalty Card Number (only numeric). Cannot "Sign In" because the emailed Instructions from DRM Thrift Store say to click on "Forgot Password". There is NO "Forgot Password" given, therefore the rest of the process cannot be followed. I'd love to be able to access this App, but if a person can't even Register, the App is useless. WebHost needs to get this fixed so patrons can use the App as advertised! Costs DRM $$$ TO WebHost for product that doesn't work!
