Does this even work? My boys bought these robots to use with their Amazon fire tablets and the app won't even download on them (newest generation), so we tried it on my phone and my husband's phone. Every time we open the app, it tries to download an update or something and crashes. They just got these robots and there is NO way for them to play. Not okay! I've tried contacting support, but the domain does not exist anymore. Does this toy have any suppot anymore or has it been abandoned?

Attempting to update the firmware on my robot causes it to disconnect and fail, and this happens every time I leave one of the robot control options. Other than that, the controls work great. The above issue is a glaring one; please fix it. Waiting for the robot to allow reconnection takes a long time and is too frequent to justify any higher ratings. If I may make a suggestion, allow users to turn off automatic firmware updates.

Firmware update fails. Support page gives "access denied" . I don't think anyone actually supports this product.

It's just so hard to connect it and the Bluetooth signal is so bad that every time you jump between run or dance or whatever it's taking sometimes few min till it connects The only good thing I can say is that it looks really cool

The robot worked great and it was fine and then it just started going in circles after I had just changed it. But other wise it works fine 😊

Firmware update will not work, unable to connect anymore and unable to use. Please fix so my son can continue to discover.
