This app drains your battery like crazy. I used to get a full-day battery life with heavy usage but since I have installed this app on my phone the battery life has been reduced by almost 60 percent. On top of that, this app has other issues as well. Sometimes it fails to load the data and sometimes fails to load the image. Definitely expected a sleek UI from an app from a giant ecommerce but totally disappointed.

Dont receive new order notification. Run in background and drain battery like crazy. More than 35% battery is being used daily on idle postiton with no screen time. I know how to turn on from Me>Notifications. I have already turned On all of the notifications, but I dont receive any notification what so ever. But battery draining like crazy. Mobile also gets heat up due to continuous processor running.

New product management option is worst, not even working properly after the update it was better before, now when you click on it, it always says the request failed please retry. Also the tabs(pending, ready to ship etc) in orders menu is hlaf cut off it only shows "ready to " and the other half is gone, same goes for pending orders. And on top of that You did all this on the day of sale! Please rectify these problems ASAP

Totally dumb sometimes and exceptionaly brilliant sometime. Explanation: The biggest problem of all time that this app is not showing the image of received order, 75% orders do not show up front image so we have what order we received unless we open the seller center in browser. Will tell more if this problem solved.

I love how the new daraz seller app is integrated making it so easy to create listings, update listings, and keep in contact with customers! So far no glitches and it has been working perfectly! I love this app.

I have encountered persistent issues characterized by sluggishness and sporadic errors, despite diligently updating the application. It is worth noting the ironic situation where the app actively requests user feedback, yet the process of submitting feedback itself proves to be a formidable challenge. I would like to emphasize, for the sake of clarity, that my internet connection has been working optimally, as I was told to check my internet connection when I put this issue forward.
