Worst app ever for online shopping. I faced a lot of problems while purchasing a product for instance, I ordered a jeans pant from it, in which they were showing a different picture of it when it got delivered it was totally different from the photo and it has some yellow kind of stains on it like it was already worn before and also it's button was missing. In another case the delivery charge was more than the acutal price of the product. So, it was a very bad experience for me. Thankyou

The "Chat with us" option and the help option are not opening. They always show the message "Something went wrong. Please check your connection and try again." I encounter the same error when I try to place an order and when I attempt to track my package. I have high-speed internet up to 30 Mbps, and this error only occurs on Daraz. Please check and fix it.

To buy a product from Daraz, you have to face a lot of trouble. For example: the product listing is not good, the amount shows one gives and the other, the shipping fee is not much, and you have to show various excuses to cancel. And the biggest thing is to accumulate points and I can't buy the product with that coin. It seems very troublesome and annoying to me.

I don't usually give reviews but i took spared time for it. Over the last few weeks there have been many bugs in the apps including app keeps logging you out and voucher application error. Of which of course i talked to customer care several times but all in vain. In short daraz went from hassle free to exhausting. I will post a review on VOC some time. Edited: App has already been updated to the latest version.

My only gripe with this app is that all 200 wishlisted items cannot be viewed. Only first 100 can be viewed. If they make all wishlisted items visible, it will only improve the shopping experience of a buyer. Moreover it's not that difficult to do either. Aliexpress provides a huge wishlist of 999 items and all can be viewed by clicking the wishlist icon. Overall it's a great app. I'm a regular user due to low prices and range of availability provided by this platform.
