Useless, was just trying to find approved coolant, no big problem normally but it's not in the manual which tells you to go to the website then it's not on the website which tells you to download app and then it's not on app because the car is pre 2013. I'll just have to go with whatever I find at the store, which is a shame for the company that probably spent a few quid to be the approved choice.

Crappiest app I ever downloaded. Can't believe I gave it yet another try. Error messages abound, no help what so ever. If you enjoy circling around in error messages for ever this app is just what you are looking for. I'm out, again.

There is no guides for older models. Guided that were on the website just redirect to the app and app doesn't contain any info for your car. so if your MB is more than 5 years old you have no support. Great service for a luxury brand.

Won't let me choose a guide at all! Error message: Guides only online available. I had wifi connection and data at home. Error message shows up. Deleted, re-installed - not working 😕
