There is no option to give 0 or -ve rating for this app. The support is pathetic. My wallet balance was abruptly made zero and I raised the issue on the chat support on March 1st... its 8 months and still the amount is not credited. I am unable to place any order as my wallet balance is 0 and i dont want to add money as i fear may lose that too. There is no call center number and the chat support is pathetic. They dont have solution to any problem except say the issue is sent to concerned team.

Poor and inconsistent delivery. Reached out to their support team and on each occasion they have same exact lines that it won't repeat from tomorrow. To change phone number submitted request for more than 30days over still unaddressed. Beware to check the wallet daily as they auto deduct amount irrespective of you got the order or not.

The app doesn't do anything when asked to enter the apartment name while adding Home address. Doesn't matter what I type, it doesn't search anything at all and hence cannot proceed the registration process.

Unable to give minus ratings so giving 1 using from last 2 days and for bith days orders are not delivered. Even after reporting complaint no proper action were taken to ensure today's delivery. Good didn't top-up the wallet with huge amount as I cannot withdraw money loaded neither support team is helping on that. My recommendation do not use the app

Pathetic Service. There's no support structure. Customer care number is never reachable. Chat option is very complex. Nobody cares if order is delivered or not. Just waiting for my wallet money to complete to stop their service. I have even contacted with all details over email. Absolutely no response from them. Don't ever order from this app.

This grocery app is let down by continuously poor last mile execution. The selection and ordering process is average but the delivery is pathetic . Not a week goes by when there isn't a quality issue with items delivered. Products are either damaged or poor quality . . Update September...dropped the app rating to one star . The week began with another messed up delivery .Update 7 Sep - again a damaged product delivered ! This is the WORST home delivery team in the market today. Avoid
