Products are good but the customer service is very pathetic.Got products twice from them and both times few products were missing...since its all pre paid not much you can do except to ask for refund which takes a really looong time...they do not have the option for the refund to be deposited in the wallet which makes things even more complicated...ovr all there is much more to be improved so i switched to Orgfarm which is much more reliable even though they dont have so much variety

Just got my first order. Very good quality of vegetables. Hope you maintain the same quality . App could be better. I can share more feedback over a mail. Are even vegetables like Potatoes and Carrot sourced locally? Just curious

The app is fine but customer service behind it is a joke. I had requested some groceries and promptly paid the due . I was assured delivery by next day noon. No one turned up. I neither got a call or text saying there will be a delay. I reach out to the chat support. They apologize and say, by 6om they will deliver. It's been over 3 days I did not get my delivery. Every time I chat, someone assures me that they will personally see to it that my delivery is done. But I still have not got my order

No prompt response about the delivery. And you can't track your order or get the executive's number to follow thru. All that you'd be able to do is chat and for which the response would be "extremely sorry about it". It's way past my delivery time, 4 hours after the assured delivery time & I'm still waiting for the products to be delivered. I will uninstall the app once my products are delivered. A big thumbs down.

I purchased 5 items about 10 days back, out of which 2 were not delivered. I was told that I will be getting a refund, but I still haven't received the amount. I ordered 3 types of bread (bread loaf, cinnamon rolls and buns). All the three were at least 4-5 days old. They were not fresh at all even though they claim that it is baked the same day the order is delivered to you. I didn't not have a pleasant experience and I would discourage you from purchasing your groceries from this app.
