ግዮን የአማራ ሕዝብ ዘላለማዊ ልሳን ነው፥ በዚሁ አምሳል የግዮን ድምፅም የሕዝባችን የዘመኑ ልሳን ሆና ታጭታለች ። የግዮን ድምፅ በነፃ መርሕ የተዋጀች፥ ከብሔረ አማራ ሕዝባችን በስተቀር ለማንም የማትወግን የአማራ ሕዝብ ድምፅ ናት። የግዮን ድምፅ የገናናው የብሔረ አማራ ዘላለማዊ ነፃ ሕዝብነት እና ልዑላዊ ማንነት ተምሳሌት ናት። የግዮን ድምፅ በአማራ ሕዝባችን ፖለቲካዊ፥ ኤኮኖሚያዊ፥ ማሕበራዊ እና ባሕላዊ አኗኗር እና ሁኔታ ዙርያ የሚያጠነጥን የተሟላ፥ የተረጋገጠ እና ያልተበረዘ መረጃ ለማቅረብ ትተጋለች። ከዚህ ባሻገር ኢትዮጵያን፥ የአፍሪቃ ቀንድንና እንዲሁም ዓለማችነን የሚመለከቱ ጠቃሚ መረጃዎችንም ታቀርባለች። የግዮን ድምፅ ዓቢይ ራዕይ በገዛ አገሩ ኢትዮጵያ በሰፈነው ጨቋኝ ፋሺስታዊ ስርዓት ወደር የሌለው ግፍ እና የመረጃ አፈና እየደረሰበት ላለውና ድምፁ ለታፈነው የአማራ ሕዝብ ድምፅ መሆን ነው። የግዮን ድምፅ በስደትም ሆነ በአገር ቤት የሚኖረውን መላውን ብሔረ አማራ ያለአንዳች የሃይማኖት፥ የፖለቲካ አመለካከት ወይም ሌላ የልዩነት ምክንያት በአንድ ግዮናዊነት ርዕዮት እና በአንድ ብሔረ አማራ ሕዝብነት ለማስተሳሰርና የኖረ የማይሻር አንድነቱን ለማበልፀግ ትተጋለች። የግዮን ድምፅ የቦርድ አባላት፥ ሰራተኞች እና በጎ ፈቃደኞች የሰው ልጅ ነፃነትን እና ክብር የሚያስቀድሙ እሴቶችን ይጠነቅቃሉ፥ ያከብራሉ። የብሔረ አማራንም ሆነ የመላውን የሰው ልጅ በነፃ የማሰብ እና መረጃ የማግኘት ሰብዓዊ መብቶችንም ባላሰለሰ ታማኝነት ይጠብቃሉ። የግዮን ድምፅ መዳረሻ ግብ ጠንካራ፥ ምሉዕ እና የማይበገር አማራዊ ሃልዮት እና ማንነት ማስረፅ እና መገንባት ነው።
የግዮን ድምፅ ተልዕኮ በኢትዮጵያ እና በዓለም ዙርያ የሚገኘውን ብሔረ አማራ የሚመለከቱ ነፃ፥ የተጣሩ እና ፋይዳ ያላቸው ዜናዎች እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን ለሕዝባችን ማቅረብ ነው። ከዚሁ ጎን ለጎን የከበረውን የብሔረ አማራ ጥንታዊ ቋንቋ፥ የተቀደሰ ባሕል ዕና ንዑድ ታሪክ የመንከባከብ፥ የማሳደግ እና የማበልፀግ ትውልዳዊ ሃላፊነታችነን እናስቀድማለን። መላው ተልዕኳችን እና ተግባራዊ እንቅሳቃሴያችን ዛሬ በገጠመው ፈተና ሕልውናው እና ማንነቱ አደጋ ላይ የወደቀው ብሔረ አማራ ሕዝባችን ሕልውናውን እና ታላቅ ሕዝብነቱን ለማረጋገጥ ከሚያደርገው የሞት ሽረት ትግል ጋር በፅኑዕ የተቆራኘ ነው።
የግዮን ድምፅ በዓለም ዙርያ ለሚገኘው ብሔረ አማራ ሕዝባችን አስተማማኝ እና በቀላሉ ተደራሽ የሆነ የመረጃ ምንጭ እንድትሆን ማስቻል ቀዳሚ ግባችን ነው። ጠቃሚ መረጃዎችን ብሎም ትምሕርታዊ፥ አዝናኝ፥አነሳሽ እና አጎልባች መርሐግብሮችን ለመላው ብሔረ አማራ ሕዝባችን ለማድረስ እንተጋለን። በአካባቢያዊ፥ ሐገራዊ እና ዓለም ዓቀፋዊ ደረጃ የተደራጁ ፥የተሰናዱ እና የተናበቡ ምሉዕ መረጃዎችን ለሕዝባችን ማድረስ፥ በዋናነት በግዮን ምድሩ የሚኖረውን ብሔረ አማራ ሕዝባችነን ማዕከል ያደረጉ እንደፍላጎቱ የተመጠኑ መርሐግብሮችን ማሰናዳት እና ተደራሽ ማድረግ የዘወትር ጥማታችን ነው። በተጨማሪም አሁን በኢትዮጵያ ባለው ሰው በላ የፋሺስት አገዛዝ በአማራ ሕዝባችን ላይ እያደረሰ ያለውን ግፍና መከራ ብሎም በዚሁ አገዛዝ በአማራ ሕዝብ ላይ እየተፌፀመ ያለውን ያልተለቀሰለት የዘር ማጥፋት ድርጊት (ጄኖሳይድ) ለዓለም ሕዝብ ለማሳወቅ አበክረን እንሰራለን።
