The old version worked fantastically, very few issues, however, since the update, it will not even let me log in saying that the log on I use every day for this app and that I use to teach each day is invalid and so no longer works. This is very frustrating and impractical. I hope it gets fixed soon as was a great app previously.

This is a message for teachers who are having issues with the app and not able to fix. The app was working fine for me and then suddenly most of the tabs quit working. I wasn't able to view/change my time slots, apply for leave, look at my daily pay or attendance. I was getting network error messages, etc., and it seemed like the app was timing out before the pages could load. I had tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it with no luck. Dada also recommends this as a go-to troubleshoot. I saw another review on the Dada app by another teacher regarding a fix. If you are having this issue, clear your storage and cache for the app. On an Android phone, go to SETTINGS, then go to STORAGE, then go to Dada Teacher app. On my Google phone there is a little rubbisht bin under STORAGE and one under CACHE. I cleared both my cache and storage and the problem was fixed. When I reopened the app, it was like it was the first time I was using it. I had all the little tutorial notifications popping up, but all my data was correct and I was able to use the app perfectly again. I hope this message helps another teacher because it can be quite stressful when Dada is your main source of income and you can't view/change your time slots, apply for leave, or even view your pay. I can't log in. I have a '-' in my email address and it doesn't recognise it as a character. I keep getting the message 'please input correct email format'. I never had this problem with the old version. Very frustrating.

If you have any problems with this app not working properly then you need to make sure you clean your cache and reset your DaDa password before reinstalling. This app works in conjunction with the teaching software on your pc/mac. Informative app which helps with all your DaDa teaching needs.

Since the update none of the scheduled classes are in order. There is no rhyme or reason to the order, not even by student. This issue must be fixed, as this was really the only useful function of the app. There's not much you can do with it. The evaluation of students is not even fully functional, as you are not able to assign homework.

The app keeps telling me there is no internet connection. i tried on mobile data and on my Wi-Fi connection. the error message comes up saying "error loading please retry". or another error says "timeout of 10000ms exceeded" this is beyond frustrating. I need to access my timeslots
