Haven't had a good experience using this app. Most of my journeys don't record in full, often times if I'm driving for longer than 30 mins the app will shut off. There have been many occasions where the app asks me to sign in but does not recognise any details, even though they were saved. I'd much prefer a fitted black box, as at least you know it will track every journey. Like everything I know this app is in its infancy, but I haven't had a good experience so far

have only had the app for about a month now and it has been a disaster! first few days of having it I had to reinstall the app on many occasions as it kept logging me out. when trying to login back in it kept saying my details were not recognised. journeys are not being recorded fully. The app keeps crashing. Says there is an update but my phone has already automatically updated it so now the app isn't working properly. not worth the hassle. recommend paying extra app isn't worth getting!

Absolutely waste of time.. Every time I go into the app now after updating it, it shuts down and takes me out of it again. It doesn't log my journeys correctly either. Would not recommend it as its not worth the hassle of Hughes insurance in turn texting, calling emailing and sending recorded letters then when the false information from the app is going through to them.

I don't know how many times this app has crashed on me and I've received letters in the post threatening to cancel my policy. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! They definitely need to work on making the connection better as when I was on holiday they complained about not having a heartbeat whenever I was on the beach!! Definitely not something you want to be worrying about when you're on holiday

This app makes driving a nightmare!! Unfortunately I've had to use it for nearly 2 years now and it's hardly ever worked. The beacons keep breaking too. Every now and then I get someone calling me (some of them have been extremely arrogant) to tell me off for not recording journeys when the app hardly ever functions and records journeys as it should! Also if I go somewhere and leave my phone In the car for a few hours and come back it will give me a terrible score because of "usage".

This app only worked for me at the start of my policy last year. Kept crashing when I opened it, won't let me record my journeys and every time I ring Hughes I'm on hold for over 5 minutes, then I get emails about them cancelling my policy because I haven't recorded any journeys. complete joke! I would give 0 stars if I could
