Still find it extraordinary that you can't fast forward or back through a track. Some tracks on qobuz are over an hour long and there's nothing you can do but listen from the start. The app is basic compared to the full qobuz on my laptop and is temperamental. With classical the info is inadequate and don't always know who the performers are and the album image is too small to read. The classical recordings are often incorrectly dated. If my Xa didn't sound so good I'd have ditched it by now.

I'm not sure what the purpose of this app is? Doesn't work with Cyrus One. There's no other app to control the Cyrus One or adjust settings. It'd be nice for developers to create a truly impressive application that actually works and can control various settings of the amplifier through a modern application.

Plain doesn't work. As soon as you tap the device to attach to (in this case a Stream X Signature) it crashes. Cyrus can add its name to the list of those making excellent audio hardware and then letting it down with abysmal software. A £40 combo of a raspberry pi, a breakout board to give a decent digital out and FREE software beats this app every time (and has many more features).

Keeps stopping !!!!!! Just purchased an S10 mobile , sounds like having to revert to an old mobile with ancient version! Team Cyrus, get your dev ops techies to come with a fix ASAP, unacceptable in this API day and age of innovation!

Latest version fails all the time. No way to play any music remotely on my Cyrus Lyric which is a pretty pricey amplifier. Developers don't bother fixing that issue for a long time which proves they don't care about their consumers. And that means I will never ever buy or recommend a product from Cyrus even though I really like their sound. I hope the company will file for a bankruptcy soon as a result of ignoring their consumers needs.

Thankfully I discovered an old Android tablet with an old version of this app which hadn't updated so I've transferred it to my phone and I'm back in business. This was my only option since your expensive remote is garbage and freezes constantly. Having aspired towards owning Cyrus separates for a few years, I'm sorry to say I will be ditching you at the next possible opportunity, and buying my hardware from a manufacturer that cares about its customers and provides solutions (not silence).

This feature allows Cadence to control the volume of a Cyrus pre amplifier connected via MC-BUS to a Stream X Signature, Stream X2, or Stream Xa via the volume up/down buttons on the app. In order for the MC-BUS volume control function to perform correctly, your streamer must be running firmware version 3.5 or greater. This function can also be used with Stream XP2, Stream XP2 Qx, and Streamline2 models when in ‘Source’ mode (version 3.6 and above only).
