Does the job, but needs a lot of work, especially on the conversations and comments pieces. This would never have made it past my software testing team. The only reason I use it, is because it's the platform my son's daycare uses. EDIT 3/2/21 - The last update did fix the photo download issue. I still can't see any of the messages from the day care in the app, only on the website. So, what's the point of the app, if I have to use the website for such an important piece? Parents deserve better.

Used to at least get the job done. As of about a month ago I no longer receive notifications and am unable to save pictures to my phone. Have deleted and reinstalled with no apparent improvement. March '21 update: notifications and the ability to save pictures have been restored. Thanks! Improved to 3 stars. Interface could still use a refresh.

I rarely know what was sent to us- we get a notification emails or push notifications but have to hunt for what was added. When we do find the posts- We often can't read the whole message that was sent with a picture of the kids (won't let us scroll).

Software needs an update. The app is very slow and I find myself having to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Needs to seriously be upgraded.

Just awful. Easily one of the worst apps I've used in years, from a utility standpoint and the UX - and aesthetics are atrocious. Looks like it was coded in the dark and designed by someone with no experience in development whatsoever. I hate this app.

This app looks like is was designed in 1994. Nothing is intuitive, it's clunky and crashes. Oh well, at least it's ugly.. I'll expand. There are about 20 buttons and only, and I mean only 1 has any function. It may be that my daycare only uses that one function but then why do I see all of them? Why when I click on a function does it ask me to select a child when I only have 1? Why does it ask me to select my child and THEN show me nothing because it's a feature my daycare doesn't use. If this app design was turned in as a junior app designers homework I'd expect it to get a D. There is no way this was run across users. There isn't a single way that you've polled the users of this application and found out that they like how it works. My only hope is that it's cheap.
