It used to be fun and fair. I've spent money into this game until they try to scam you by making it impossible to get the prizes i.e. using some kind of adhesive tape. But the worst part is them changing the free shipping policy only on those won on a TP or if you win on a free play, you'll need to spend about $50 within a month you've won the prizes or you'll have to pay $20 minimum for them to ship your prize. They just want your money now and nothing else. Not worth it anymore.

Claws are very, very weak and every box or plushie has tape or some sort of glue material that prevents you from moving it. The camera is very laggy and freezes up randomly during plays. Its a little over five dollars just to buy two attempts at a game, its not worth it. This app is just here to scam you out of money, you might as well just go and find the thing you want online for better value. Although the variety of prizes is cute.

I've been playing daily for about 2 years and I won 8 prizes, all with free daily tickets! (I did spend about 30$ on this app but never won anything with the paid tickets.) The machines bug sometimes of course, I also noticed that some machines became more difficult since the beginning of 2021. My biggest complaint is their customer service, it can take months to get a reply. Overall it's a good app if you're a patient person. If not, try to find online stores that sell the prizes you want.

I've been playing for about three years. I've won hundreds of prizes and I don't want to admit how much I've spent but I'm done. I stuck around even after they started adding sticky tape and positioning the ping pong droppers so that the last few balls are impossible to pick up. But their new shipping rules are the last straw.

This app is a scam most of the times. Things that would easily fall would not fall. Why is that you ask? Because they tape or some type of adhesive from the item falling. If you check all other reviews you will see the same thing. I do like how if you are new to the app you get 5 free tries so all I could say is if your still curious, use the 5 free credits and you be the judge.

This app has really gone down in quality the last few months. I've spent at least $600 on the app in total and wouldn't say I regret it like a lot of people have. Before the game felt fair and it was my own fault if I spent too much money to win a prize. Now the price of each play has gone up 100% and the strength of the claws are just laughable. Sometimes the bars are so close that its impossible to win games, it feels like a scam now. Its gone from 5/5 to 1/5 in 4 months, save your money
