Why I really don't mind the many commercials; what bugs me is that you don't have all the seasons on the tv shows. I really think that if you're gonna have a tv show, you should actually have all seasons so those of us who have never watched the show from the beginning, can. Have only had a few problems when the show paused & stopped streaming but I was able to get it back going and continue watching it where it paused. Please,please include ALL tv shows seasons & episodes...

Between the subtitles that you can't turn off (and their support page just saying "yeah, we know.) And the way the ads work, this app is pathetic. The app crashes in the middle of an episode, and you have to watch ads for every break as you scroll over to just get back to where you were when the inferior app itself crashes. Terrible.

Love the app, some of my favorite shows, but one major disappointment...shows like legacies and charmed on on current season, yet they don't have first half of season available...if season is current, ALL episodes should be available, I mean I hate having to start watching a show midway through the season...I been waiting for these shows to start back up and yet I can't see the first episodes of this year🙄😞😕 a big bummer🤨

So. Many. Commercials. And each commercial break is the same. If you are someone that does household chores during commercials breaks, your house will be spotless and all your laundry will always be clean. If not, so much wasted time. This app buffers a lot. Shows used to be available on Hulu and it was a much better experience. No profiles so if you aren't always watching on the same device, it can take awhile to find the spot you left off watching. The commercials are frequent and repetitive.

The only good thing about this app is the shows. Other than that, there are so, so many commercials. I've noticed there's about 6-7 commercials (yes, that much) each time commercials break, followed by a crash saying that an error occurred. Even without the commercials breaks, the app crashes very frequently and the app screen is so small.

The app isn't working at all. It keep saying "You have encountered an error" no matter if it's on iPhone, android or smart tv. Even my "on demand" service barely have everything. What's wrong with The CW network? It use to be decent giving the fact it was free, but for the last two months it's not working anymore.
