After generating a report the app crashed. Upon reopening, the report had gone. Went to the My Reports section, got Unauthorized and a loading animation. The app shows a remaining credit but if I try to use it, I go back through the payment process. Contacted support through the website contact form and hello@ heard nothing, not even confirmation. When they eventually got back, was asked for transaction deets. Couldn't load that section of the app. Just got refund through credit card.

I absolutely do not recommend it!! STAY AWAY! I paid for 3 checks. I ordered a report on the first VIN code and received nothing. the letter in the mail does not contain a report, the application does not contain my transaction, the rest of the checks and the report. technical support does not respond.

Not recommended. Generated 2 reports for cars I own and both were incomplete. One was also completely wrong.

I tested 2 cars and the results had only 1-2 pieces of useful information, and a lot of info that was there just to fill the pages. We have a free public service in Romania that is a lot better than carvertical. What disappoints me the most is the customer service, I paid 14 euro for each report with no useful info and they refuse to reimburse me. They think that it is ok to pay for general advice for how to check a car (like look at the paint) and maybe the list of car extras.

I have been using the app for more than 6 months, it's great to check car history, tips, etc, in the motorbike trade field, I use this app every week, plus get the reminder about car my own car and motorbike, plus my child's car. can remind them, used for one-time service when buying a car for my son, has given me confidence without potential issues or good performance ..... Highly recommended ,

Not recommended. I searched 3 vehicles which I own, I know the history and the reports came back very incomplete. I know that one has outstanding finance and two were imported a few years ago and none of this was picked up in the report. Contacted customer support and no response. The reports are however very well laid out and the site itself is very nice to use. A shame about the detail in the reports.
