This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WCC Safe on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Great work on this app. The layout is attractive and useful. The options are comprehensive. Unfortunately I won't be able to test some of the options. I've always have the Public Safety phone number on my speed dial, but this app is better than that. Also, since cell phone coverage is pretty much nonexistent in buildings on campus, this will offer a good alternative to communicate to and from Public Safety.
