Purchased 2 BetterWeighs for vehicles that will be towing and/or hauling sizeable/heavy items relative to the vehicles. Both BetterWeigh units are useless unless someone in product support can identify a misapplication. Product support either lacks expertise or has been unresponsive. One example of issues: Gauge slowly rotates counterclockwise continually under static conditions in payload mode.

I do Not have my RV yet. I can tell from reading the reviews that people think this app, by itself, will tell you weight info on your vehicle, tongue, & trailer! You need to purchase the $130.00 tool/gizmo that plugs into your car computer hello! This app reads the (Curt corp)tool you Plug into your cars computer, thatsplugged into your Curt towbar via Curt relays & wire kit. It specifically states iphone or android phones.If you dont have thee above equipment, you will Not get any read outs.

App just repeatedly asks to allow then deny access to Bluetooth. Will wait for an update. Got a response for developer and issues are fixed.

Tested on 2 different mobile phones. Endlessly keeps on asking to enable or disable Bluetooth. Update: this app specifically not compatible with Huawei mobile phones. Tested on Samsung devices and it works

The app is ok, the tool is useless. To get trailer weight you need to do several acceleration runs while using your phone. This is not hands free. The only thing that may work ok is the younger weight feature, but I only tried it once. I would not recommend getting the tool, therefore there is no need for the app

Questionable inoperative app. Since I already use the Curt brake controller with app I thought I would have a similar experience. In fact, I bought a Curt sway brake because of the brake controller. That's it for the positives. The app (as of Dec 30) only lists 10+ downloads. That should have been concerning. I have a huawei mate 30 pro on Android 9.1. 0.267. My issue is that I can't even run the app because the app is stuck in a loop of requesting to enable /disable the Bluetooth. Max character
