I didn't even get the chance to really use the app! I encountered a problem just while creating my profile, where my answers to the personality questions were erasing themselves as I worked down the list. I've had to re-answer the same 5 questions more than 10 times and tried to remember what I wrote each time. The app's data storage functions are really frustrating.

I just started but I enjoy the format which seems pretty intuitive and user friendly. I was able to get the hang of it pretty fast. Also I like the identity verification which helps in ruling out possibly fake accounts, and also being able to see when people are online. I wish the membership wasn't so expensive which is my only complaint but otherwise very good!

I'm a gold member but it constantly pushes you to upgrade to platinum. 90%+ of the women are no longer on the app/site. 90%+ are fake. There is a huge delay between the time someone messages you and when you receive the email about it, over 10 minutes. The site needs better filters for it's search engine. Plus not allow people to join without at least 2 pictures, plus have them verify that they are who they claim they are. Because there are MULTIPLE "women" on it with the same picture. F-

This is a complete waste of time and money. When you're using the free version the bots send you lots of messages however once you pay for the upgrade you realize that it's a lot of fake profiles all sending the same messages to you and suddenly they stop. It's an algorithm to get you to make the purchase and it's irritating once you realize, many other apps allow you to message for free like tinder, etc.

One star does no good. I would give zero stars if I could... We have to pay to use the same features that other successful dating apps are offering for free. It's ridiculous...👎🏾 Deleting the account is extremely difficult. There is no option to delete the account in the settings menu. You have to email support and they want to waste a whole bunch of time sending different emails asking you to confirm this and that. It feels more like a plot to keep users on the app to pay for bad service.

I have had great experience with this app. However, I had to renew my payment information. I made my new payment and cannot access the gold member privileges. The process of my payment 2 days ago, my bank says payment is still pending, but when I click on making a payment thinking I did something wrong, it says I am already a gold member as of two days ago but I cannot access my privileges. It was saying my next payment is due on February 2nd. So so far I have had two days stolen from me.
