Why show every movie title I own on Ultraviolet and Movies Anywhere in "My Library" when I can only watch Sony movies on this app? This app was so much better when I could only see what was actually viewable thru this service in My Library.

Have this app installed on my sony tv and despite having my ultraviolet account linked, it will only play Sony Pictures movies. If I try to play a non Sony movie, I get "Error: Oops! A connection error has occurred. Please reconnect to the internet and try again." With the options of 'close' and 'try again'. The Sony Pictures movies play great, however.

The app used to be really good, but ever since Movies Anywhere became linked with Sony movies, the app includes all of the other movies from other studios, making it a clunky mess. To add insult to injury, the movies and TV shows from other studios besides Sony won't play in the app. What was the point of integrating everything if you cannot even watch all the other stuff? Please fix this app. It is really good when it was working properly, but the last update was all the way back in December. It has been 5 months and nothing has been done to resolve the issues. Have you abandoned the app?? UPDATE: As of 11/10/18 still no update to the app. Still no correction, nor communication. The app is as good as abandoned by Sony. Doesn't look like anything will come of this. Therefore, I have changed my star rating to 1, which is a real shame.

The least useful error message of all time ("An error has occured, please try again.") is the only thing you can watch on this. (XBR65A1E)

Started using the app to get 4 free moves when I got my Bravia. The app is great, plays high quality 4K with little to no buffering. The 10 min preview is a great way to sample movies in 4K. The layout is one of the best I have seen in streaming services.

Brand new TV and all apps work fine/connect to the Internet except the Ultra app. App immediately goes into a "Error" screen and says "Oops a connection error has occurred' Please reconnect to the Internet and try again. I have all the latest firmware/software and app updates and every other application connects to the internet without any issue.
