NOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NO customer service AT ALL.Not even cancelling the order.Just delaying.Showing status dispatched and after A LOT OF efforts to reach them finally they realised they don't even have the product after 12 days.Impossible to reach their customer care numbers.Only email communication is possible.Not got refund or any update even after 18 days.Do u people even really exist physically?
