Pathetic. As the app is not at customer friendly. I placed an order for an item to be delivered to a different location other than my home address. The order went through successfully. After 3 days the delivery boy came to my home address with the item ordered. When I called them they said the address was not in a deliverable location and also said will make arrangements for the item to be delivered to that area. However, the order never reached that location after umpteen follow ups.

Have been using this app and service for the past couple of years. Have always received great service. The app interface might not be that great but that doesn't matter to me, since I get my required products and service. No complaints on those.

I have been trying to order. But unable to add my address, god knows how many time I have updated my address, but it didn't get updated. There should be option within profile itself to add address.
