Very cheap products. When I tried to return the product first they told me to self ship the product with my own money and after that they blocked my number and I'm not able to contact them. The customer care executive is too rude. It's been so long they haven't refunded. Poor app. Poor quality products.

Very very stupid shopping app and the customer care service is worst. They don't answer calls and ask you to email your queries or issue but they don't respond any email and very less bothered about customer's issue. Whenever you return an order your amount will be added to craftsvilla wallet itself and we are bound to buy from their app only where product is not even up to the mark. Highly disappointed, will never shop from here from now on

Worst shopping app ever...the description of the product doesnt match the actual product...n when u want to return the product, d person dey send for pick himself cancel the return pick-up and re-initiate the process and after that nobody contacts u fr the return pick-up...i complained about this on chat n dey said in 2-3days someone'll pick-up the return bt its been 15 days and nobody has contactd me n when i complaind abt dis to customer service they said no return for order was a processed

Very bad experience..every time whenever i ordered something always got disappointed. I have ordered blue colour kurta and They shipped pink. And the website is so bad..cant even track the actual delivery time or any notification. I think they should close their craftsvilla if they cant able to entertain and help their clients

I purchased one product on craftsvilla, which quality was more cheap than expected, but their packing was great, which shows you how fool they made you... Now I am trying to login but OTP is not getting, I have tried several times but no OTP generated... Very bad app

I ordered a saree and got different one . Product quality is also not good . After that I requested for return but when I am going for next step I have to keep login again and again and am unable to take any action. I have never used this kind of app. I don't know wheather they are going to return the product and refund my money or not. This is the worst app I have ever used.
