I found. A bug in the app or some issue idk what like when ur about to start a test and when some changes the test time u got stuck at the screen (the timer continued and as it was and did not change)the only choice was to finish the test and then exit the app.(please fix this issue as it is bringing a bad impression on me and the person who started the exam does not understand this problem)

Ever since the last update, the app does not show the meeting ID in the virtual classroom. Please fix this bug and let us know when it is done. Also, could you add the messages and chat options in the web viewer?

Whenever I tried to enter the virtual class through track my school, It shows launching. Virtual class is not connecting to zoom. But already I have zoom. Always showing launching. Kindly give me advices

Hello team, I have 3 kids in the school, once any of them is logged in, others 2 are not able to get into the class. Kindly solve issue ASAP, since all classes are going on now. Thx (**)Yes agn, we tried many ways individual device & individual net connection also, but eveyday suffering from the same issue..I have the screen caps too. Pls try to identify & sort out issues ASAP as their tests are ongoing & exams is upcoming(since 16-Aug-20) Your sincere efforts & initiatives are appreciated. Thx

Chat room messages cannot be read comfortably. While reading earlier messages within seconds automatically goes to the last message. Please solve this problem.

I am not able to install "Carmel Connect" app on my PC/Windows. Please help. While I go to install, it ask for "which device" showing my mobile model nos. I have already installed on mobile but since the screen is small I want it to be installed on my PC. Would Appreciate your support.
