It was much better before ....this app ppl started charging for everything....a single consultation is for 100rs....seriously....i used to love this app ...as it was giving me immediate response...but after then ....they started their cooperative business....seriously....today i asked for an emergency appointment and they said my appointment is fixed on 22nd september ...by then i could have went to vet and cured my pet by the way....damn

This app is certainly useful; extremely helpful especially during the lockdown when access to regular vet services are not easy. My experience was - having to answer a few quick questions and then was connected to an experienced and empathetic vet, who identified and addressed the pet issue very quickly. The consultation was even free!! Two thumbs up !!

Tried this app and was very impressed with the service. I was connected with a vet (Dr. Chaudhary) within seconds who was super helpful and sent me a prescription immediately. Highly recommend this app. A big thank you to the makers of the app and to the doctors!
