Love Costco, hate the app. Search navigation is clunky. The app doesn't tell you whether the one thing you need is at a particular store or even available in stores at all and it definitely doesn't show you things that are in the stores and not sold online. I'm not going to hold my breath for a scan and go function, which would make my life so much easier, but at least being able to tell that I can get something I need at a particular store would be really helpful. Sam's wins this round.

Says t o update, but won't update. The ad emails don't offer opening in APP like other stores. The fingerprint only works sometimes. Won't let me update my home store location. Keeps showing Miami. Update: Then have to log in on the website, which usually triggers the "whatever" response from me as I just close the website and move on to other things.

The app works well most of the time, but it displays the wrong location set as my warehouse, and you can not change it in the app. It can only be changed using a browser. I've reset it several times, but each time it goes back to the one it thinks it should be my warehouse. Very frustrating. It's like Costco tried to save $ and just had warehouse personnel develop it in the back of a warehouse. The only thing really useful about this app, is the card scan feature.

For a market cap of $300 billion, it should be painfully embarrassing how terrible this app functions. The app is slow, pages crash, and when I go to view my cart after adding items, it shows me the page cannot be displayed. This doesn't have to be the Amazon app with all the bells and whistles, but you should at least be able to reliably shop for items, add them to your cart, and finish the purchase. I assume the app is bad because they want us to go in store, but not all of us have that luxury

Ok, so I just got my membership and am learning the app. I see that some are frustrated as hell about how to change its location. Yes, it's super frustrating, but if you go to the bottom of the screen, there is the warehouse option icon, and click on that, and you can change it in there. And it does stay. Hope thus will help out others using this app.

App works fine for browsing. Placing orders needs work. I placed an order for a very expensive item and didn't want it delivered to my house when I was not there to receive it. I selected ship to store so I could pick it up when convenient. While processing the order, the app changed it back to ship to home. Called customer service and they could not change the shipping method. Better off placing order through the website using a computer.
