Waste of money. The just plain doesn't work so half of what the thing does is unusable. To my mind the Cosmo light is too big and too heavy. It's confusing to drivers and lights up with the slightest movement. This needs some serious work before i'll consider buying another. For now the Cosmo light will be relegated to the back of the shed. Should have saved my money.

If you have got this far then it's probably too late for you as you may as well just get the money you paid and put it in the bank as sooner or later the sticky pad will just fall of your helmet whilst you are out on your bike leaving both pad and light somewhere on the road never to be found again Nice idea but app a total waste of time takes an age to connect then disconnects a few seconds later have to hit the light so hard to switch on and off it thinks you've crashed even hitting a bump in the road has caused the app to send a notification so have had to turn that bit off as well a good job the light works without the app as otherwise it would all be in the bin by now it would also be more helpful if someone from Cosmo actually took the time out to reply to some of these messages but there again they have your money so maybe that's all they are bothered about. LATEST UPDATE 23/4 LIGHT HAS LASTED A FEW WEEKS NOW READY FOR THE BIN AS ITS NOW STARTING TO BECOME UNUSABLE TURNS ON OK HOWEVER NIW UNABLE TO TURN IT OFF DOUBLE TAPPING IT DOES NOT WORK JUST PUTS IT IN EMERGENCY FLASHING MODE TRY TO CONNECT TO THE APP THAT JUST SHUTS DOWN BEFORE YOU GET A CHANCE TO TURN IT OFF VIA THE APP ONLY WAY IT SEEMS TO TURN OFF NOW IS WHEN THE BATTERY GOES MEANING ITS OLY USEABLE FOR A ONE WAY JOURNEY

Can't connect to the device. Connected once, and immediately died.

This app is total waste. Never connects to Cosmo device. Keeps promoting for software update and fails ever time. This requires serious fix ASAP.

Cannot even setup as the mobile number country codes are so limited.

About this app

Cosmo Moto is a smart removable brake light for motorcyclists that indicates deceleration, position and warning light. It attaches to the back of your helmet (at the behind driver's eye level).

Working as a fall detector, it automatically generates an alert to the emergency call center, which will be in charge of alerting emergency roadside assistance in the event of an accident (service included in the subscription only).

A first level of free services allows to alert designated emergency contacts by sms and by email.
The link is made through the Cosmo Connected smartphone application which sends the ID and location of the biker involved to the emergency call center.

Towing service also included in the subscription: possibility for the biker to have his vehicle towed to a garage of identical brand (within a radius of 30 km) or failing that at a service provider depot. The same applies for a taxi trip (within a radius of 30 km) if the vehicle is out of order.
