Complaint won't submit when a picture is added. Very difficult to find addresses. Many street names come up in America. Don't know how to get a co-ordinate selected on the map into an address. Can't add extra photos or follow up comments afterwards like the old one.

You can never sign on. Never accepts your correct password. You then try change. 1st error is my email and phone number. I then think maybe they cleaned system or something so I try re-register. Error email and phone number already exists. After unistalling and retracing it allows me to change password. I applied the characters exactly (same as accepted by the website) and get an error that doesn't meet the password requirements. I am now signed onto the website using the exact same password.

App was working well ,till yesterday needed to use it again now says "complaint warning ,no street address found at this location please move pin and try again " well I can move this pin any on the map and we'll nothing and makes no different on which of my 8 devices I own and brand

When typing an address the search function does not work. As the address will not accept , then one cannot continue further in order to log a complaint

Poor, it's not finding your location whether you use the phones location pin or manually set an address. The has been like this for the last 3 weeks.

Useless app. Not even worth the one star. If a complaint is loaded the logged complaint with reference number just gets rejected immediately without an explanation
