I've attempted to use this many times, the shoppers never get the items (even obvious ones) & claim to be out of stock but when I've gone to the store right after (many times) the items are there. Drivers struggle with no contact drop off. They will give you free delivery over and over to keep you using the app but I always have to go to the store anyways after ordering via this app. Haven't had issues with other delivery apps that do the same thing.

App worked fine for a day.. asked for verification next day.. spent a few hours trying to get verified and finally told they couldn't with no explanation. Not happy. Verification process was not simple.

Went to buy stuff on a list. It said not available in your area. Uber eats is available but not this? Thanks for nothing, guess instacart and shipt will get my business.

This delivery app is a good idea, but the delivers generally do a lot of mistakes and confusions.

Overpowering sanitizer on everything delivered. COVID doesn't live long on plastic surfaces. Had to throw everything out. Stupid. Unreachable customer service and intentionally-unclear pricing structure means I paid a lot for my useless toilet paper, too. Just go to the store.
