This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing IFT’s Annual Event & Food Expo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Useless app! It insists there is an update so I have tried to download it several times, only to find myself in a loop that does not allow me to open the app. Must have been developed by the same team who does the IFT website, another example of confusing interfaces and "files not found" pages.

It keeps trying to download updates and says it can't reach the server, come back later. After 5 days, I didn't get a log in screen yet.
