The Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE) develops educational programs and services, and facilitates connections and interaction between employers who seek to hire college students & alumni, the career services personnel who serve those students, and the associate members who serve the profession.

EACE develops professionals… by hosting conferences, webinars, and workshops, which allow members to keep abreast of industry trends while also earning continuing education credits (CEU). The association provides opportunities for members to build and/or demonstrate leadership skills by serving as a board member, committee, or conference chair.
