8AM: breakfast was left off the schedule and left off the map. 9AM: keynote was left off the map 10AM: tons of people left the keynote, which wasn't over, to rush to the talks listed under a giant "10:00 AM" banner on the schedule. one problem: there are no 10AM talks. 10:30AM: the talks listed under 10AM begin. 11AM: I asked a BH employee to show me where I was on the map, they had no idea. 12PM: lunch: see breakfast. 1PM: talks listed under "1:00" there were none at 1, see 10AM 1:30 see 10:30

Typical contracted cookie cutter app-within-a-app which works OK and has the needed information..except for the damned training schedules! Wth! This is either a massive oversight on the part of the organizers (who doesn't check their own app?), or it's intentional, and I'm not sure which is worse.
