There should be a way to give an app a ZERO rating, for lack of better words, these people are thieves!! Unless it's the ONLY way in the world to transact, kindly avoid them. You will never have your items delivered. If they do, half of the items will be missing. They claim to have a money back policy after 24 hours but Good luck getting your money back with their insufferable customer care representatives who behave like they are escalating your issue to a war mafia who can't be accessed fast.

Send them money at your own risk. I paid for an order and never got it in the end. The customer support was bad, and they closed my case without responding. Later, they claimed that they hadn't received my payment, which was 2 days after payment, no confirmation from them, and no support from their customer service agents (I have the message).

Its a nice app for shopping considering delivery is free. The prices are also affordable and reasonable. Just work on adding more items. Some basic items lack.

Comparing with other platform when buying foodstuffs they are better but their only problem is making payment using Virtual Visa Card, not friendlier at all. But i think they can do better to effect seamless transaction like other platforms

Hi copia, I haven't been able to open the app since I last installed it just keep on loading like hours, really sucks waiting for it but nothing happens. Thanks for the good shopping method. It's nice having you as the only shopping cart. But do something on the app.
