Update! The app no longer works at all since June 7th update. The old version was ok, well at least it worked. This new version is very glitchy, constantly flicks between screens without you pressing anything, even during a live auction which has prevented me bidding on a car i wanted on a few occasions. Very annoying and the new version is pretty much useless.

App has stopped working can't load watching list cannot watch anything. Has been like this for a while and is not being fixed. Just a constant "error occurred while processing your request" message.

Worst experience with Copart UAE because of their fees and once you purchase car you dont get clear documents you will have to run yourselve to clear documents to be able to register the car. bought 3 car and the document clearance took me 2 months because the Insurance company had their profile blocked and you can't F do anything about it. nor copart will do anything.. just one reply from them "we will inform the Insurance company to clear their profile". Want to write more but only 500 words

Sucks on everything, this app is garbage, loaders driver alsway damage the car more. All buyers take a quick look on IAA the app is very quick and all no extra damages after you pay for the car , your title will be always on time

Have error message everytime I load the app. Wont load auctions, just sit there and spins. Always have to use computer for bidding. Need to fix this.

It is not working, keeps saying an error... I missed 3 auctions already. Also it won't save to watchlist, when I tab the star it keeps loading. I was able to save my watchlist on a desktop, but went to access on my phone and the red erorr strip at the bottom popped again. Loading loading loading never opened live auctions!!!! Maybe that's a sign that I should try IAA app?!
