1. There should be an option to add pictures while posting a review of the product in the Review section. This would give the customers a better understanding of how the product will look like. 2. The Filter feature only filters the product as per size - large, medium and small. Whereas there are different sizes in each of these three categories. There should be an option of filtering the size range within these three categories too.

You can install this app, if you want to waste your time getting the glasses you need, they took 10 days to make the specs, didn't even despatch it after that, when you call it says in 24 hrs it will despatch, when cancel the order after the delay, they take 2 days to cancel it, ofcourse there is no cancel button in app, to lure people in and take their money.. Also when ask about refund it, they said it will take 7 days to reflect. Yes guys 7 days.... I only Hope it will reflect soon..

I just wasted my time by spending time on this application.This application is so frustrating and difficult to use. Why it is saying special characters are not allowed. It is my address and it should be flexible to input. Damn. I reinstalled this app to give it a try after two months but it is still the same. Very worst experience and time eating shopping experience. i ll keep me business with lenskart. Good bye I am uninstalling this app now.

Uh! I don't even want to give one star. Worst app. They will take forever to refund your money, will not let coupons be used on most of their collection etc etc. When it comes to worst apps they are one of the strongest candidates. Read reviews on SM platforms, they'll say the same thing.

It's been almost a month i am not able to use the app in my OnePlus3. When i open the app, it gets stuck. I cannot navigate anywhere. Where ever i click the app doesn't respond! I have tried everything from clearing cache, storage, updating app, uninstalling and reinstalling.. Nothing worked!! Pls help

This is the best app I have ever seen for eyeglasses. I love the styles of eyeglasses they are spectacular. Incredible experience of buying glasses and also the price is way too reasonable.
