you have to set up a subscription and start paying $20 a month to even look at the shoes they have to offer.. although this doesn't seem like a bad price for a subscription, the conditions aren't convenient at all

HONESTLY AT FIRST IT WAS OK IT HAD GOOD DEALS HERE AND THERE AND VARIED IN SIZES SO IT WAS WORTH THE 20$ A MONTH BUT NOW IT'S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO PURCHASE PROBABLY GOT BOTTED UP AND ALMOST NO DEALS AT ALL AND ONLY HAVE SIZES L AND XL OR SIZE 9-15 AND IF YOU DO GET LUCKY ENOUGH TO PURCHASE AN ITEM, AFTER THE SHIPPING COST AND 20$ MONTHLY FEE YOU'RE ONLY SAVING LIKE 20$ COMPARED TO STOCKX. WHICH IS WHY I CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND DELETING THIS APP GOODBYE COOLKICKS ✌

I really wish they would hire someone full time just 4 the apps custservice. Its a specialty of mii will do it actually. They should do a (GR8 idea from Mr. Armchair CEO) & DEFINITELY (another idea) with the monthly fee. With all the foot traffic cust. service/retention is a low priority. ZERO time to pick once the drop starts. Wish i could actually find a way 2 communicate fr fr

Do not buy the subscription to the app I love everyone at coolkicks but everything gets sold out within a minute of the drop. You literally don't even get a chance if you're logged in b4 the drop everything is sold out way too fast. Don't waste your money

Well first like to say. Good idea on opening the app. But from first experience seems out sync and waste of time. There's no where to put in sizes to see. And if your entire stock was online I'm sure I can I find my size. For $20 month a slim chance of winning. So put up the inventory and let's make this more official. Simple.

Terrible!!!!! I go to my email to retrive the authentcation code the app sent me for the final step of creating my profile and then go straight back to the app and the authentcation code screen is gone!!! I have tried everything i know to do and nothing works! I only have one email so i cant just create another profile on the app. It tells me my credentials are wrong everytime i try to sign into the app! I try to reset my password and it says it sent me an email to reset it but no email anywhere
