I am a novice birder from Malaysia and this guide has been of immense help in identifying most of the birds that I have seen during my stay in Madinah and Mekah, both where as far as I know, has not much recorded in terms of bird life. I particularly liked the comparison feature as there are many birds with similar features as well as maps of known distribution. I do wish however there is a bit of introductory page that describes different habitats and migration seasons. Otherwise good guide.

After a long period of no updates and the app not working on later versions of Android the app has now finally been updated. Thank you. This is a great app, easy to use and I like the way you can move from one bird to another bird within a group without needing to go back to the group like you do in the collins bird app. Only one point for the developer, it is the middle east app, but within the app it says 'birds of the Indian subcontinent'.
