App is ok as is but really needs changes like auto login, push notifications, and the ability to refresh feed. The app is very simplistic but really needs these changes, this will aid the ones like me who help Blizzard entertainment players with game problems to aid them faster and still go on with our progression in game or just our per lives.

Well ... it's a bit hard to rate something when you can't even log in . Specially when the app tells you it's invite only! Yet Blizzard are asking people to log in and help. EPIC FAIL!

After three weeks emailing support back and forth, they still can't figure out what's wrong.

Everytime I open a tweet to reply and then come back, it takes to top of the feed. It's annoying having to scroll down everytime. Also, there should ve wuick access bookmark feature to save imp links and canned responses to help us be mlre efficient.
