A classic case of not broken so let's fix it. Worthless

Multiple issues with this app. First it fails to apply Android app best
practices for permissions of request in context which was released in
Android 6 in August 2015 and the permission requested by default are overly
invasive. Second the app developer is not one that I recognize and should
be PG County as the owner of this app. I don't trust apps I cannot vet is
legitimate and I don't see links to this app from the PG County Click311
pages in any obvious locations. Third the app graphic design and UX needs
and overhaul. It is not a pleasant interface and uses a color scheme that
is depressing and unappealing to want o have on my phone.
